Hydromatic
Low Pressure Sewage Systems
Hydromatic's
low pressure sewage system replaces individual septic systems with
a basin unit that collects and pumps sewage through an enclosed
network of smaller diameter pipes to a localized treatment
facility.
For
many years, the only options available for handling sewage were
gravity systems, which are used mainly in cities, and septic
systems, used in rural settings. Gravity systems are very
reliable but costly to build and operate. Septic systems,
while affordable to individual homeowners, need to be maintained.
Since
the pressure sewer system lines do not rely on gravity, the system
can be specified and installed whether your site is flat, wet,
hilly, rocky or sandy, allowing flexibility in land planning.
Climate extremes from hot and humid in the south to the freezing
cold temperatures of the north are not a problem.
Today
low pressure sewage systems are the cleanest, safest collection
and transfer systems available for communities. They protect
water quality and public heath with no possibility of sewage
discharge into the yard or the surrounding groundwater.
The
collection basins are installed at ground level with an exposed
lid that can be easily hidden with minimal landscaping.

The control
box can be installed beside the basin (1), inside the basin
using Hydromatic's revolutionary retractable
panel system
(2), or on the side of the home (3).
Pressure
sewage systems enhance the property values of a development by
providing a viable, low cost solution to residential sewage at an
affordable price.
In
addition, horizontal boring under existing roadways reduces the
disruption to pavement, existing landscaping and other utilities.
Installation are quick. While labor and material costs are
low. Operating costs are typically less than $15.00 per
year.
Hydromatic
systems are delivered pre-packaged, with everything included to
meet your installation requirements. The basin piping from
the home and tie-in point require only shallow trenches for
installation, and the ground around the home is disrupted very
little in the process.
