The Lubri-Cup EM-VS automatic grease dispenser uses advanced electromechanical technology to deliver precise lubrication. A vibration sensor activates the system only when the equipment is operating, ensuring grease is applied exactly when needed. When the sensor detects vibration, the dispenser delivers a preset amount of grease at predetermined intervals. During periods of inactivity, the unit automatically returns to standby mode, providing the right maintenance without over-greasing and keeping equipment running at peak performance.

The Distribution Block enables a single Lubri-Cup EM-VS™ grease dispenser to lubricate up to eight lubrication points.

Lubri-Cup Installation Kit

Installation Kits are used to remote-mount the Lubri-Cup grease dispensers away from equipment where high vibration and/or extreme temperatures exist.

Service Packs

Replaceable service packs include a battery, grease pouch and a disposable dust cover. These packs are offered in a variety of Chesterton grease options, including NSF and FDA compliant formulas.
