Data Reengineering
The imaging data is imported into our 3D modeling software, where our engineering team redesigns the part—applying hydraulic, mechanical, or material improvements to enhance performance and extend equipment life.
Rapid Manufacturing
The 3D images are used to create molds that streamline the casting process. The resulting raw castings are then machined to precise tolerances, followed by a multi-point quality control inspection.
